Welcome to Motion Arts, a studio offering Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis methodologies and specialized conditioning.

Originally called “Yoga for Dancers”, Gyrokinesis and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® works for anyone wishing to gain strength, flexibility and coordination.

Motion Arts offers private, semi private and group classes for all individuals to improve physical conditioning, relieve muscle stress, and increase awareness of their body.

Motion Arts was founded by Veronique Breen, a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor with 20 years experience in dance and teaching.
